The Sweater!

Flower child that I am, I finally finished crocheting my sweater!  I started this project four and a half months ago.  My original goal was to have it completed by Thanksgiving.  I found it hard to work on something so big for myself on a regular basis.  But, now that it's done, it may have to wait for warmer weather to be worn.  It's much too long to wear with a jacket.

When I am knitting for charity tomorrow I think I will have to wear it!  :)

My next projects include a felt (kit) Christmas stocking for my soon to be born niece of nephew for December and I want to learn how to knit or crochet hats and gloves.

I'm a flower child at heart too... being a teen in the 60s... uh, a VERY young teen in the 60s. I happen to love the crazy sweater Molly wears in the 2nd Harry Potter... even have a pattern for it. Anyway... your sweater is adorable! It's been a long time since I've made something for myself to wear. Should give it some serious consideration!
